If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us using the returns note to the address below, unused and in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We will not refund the carriage charge unless the item(s) ordered are faulty.
Due to health & hygiene purposes we will not accept any product(s) that has been opened or used unless they are unfit for purpose/faulty. 4Play reserve the right to refuse returns if this is apparent.

When returning any goods we recommend that you send them recorded, as all items returned are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We can not be held responsible for returns not reaching us.
If you place your order with 4Play via the internet or telephone under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order upto 7 working days following the date of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in original condition with dispatch note and its original packaging.
Should any items ordered have a manufactures fault then simply call us straight away on 0191 266 98 16, or E-Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to inform us and we will supply FREEPOST address to return the goods, once we have received the goods you can either have the replaced like for like or refunded, should you choose a refund the bank may take up to 10 working days to refund the payment back to your card. We will need the product back before we can refund or replace, this is company policy.
Should you receive an incorrect item please call or or E-Mail us at email@example.com, and we will supply you with our FREEPOST address to return the item(s) and we will re deliver the correct item. There will be no further carriage charges for a mistake made by 4Play.
At the time of order if 4 Play have any offers of Free Gifts and you cancel and return your order then any Free Gift must be returned along with your order. Should these not be returned we will charge you for these items.
Once the items have been received we will credit the original card that you paid with. This will be done within 2 days of 4Play receiving the goods. However, depending on your bank it can take up to 10 working days to be credited to your card. This is something out of our control.
Some of the products sold on this site may carry an extended manufactures warranty, in the case that the product fails under normal use then please contact us on E-Mail or Telephone quoting your order number and name, then we can give you the Companies details on where to send it.
Should you not be happy with your order simply return the product(s) to the host of your party, along with the original receipt the product must be unused and in its original condition to be able to qualify for an exchange. Please note we can only offer exchanges with Party orders. Should you require a product that is more expensive, than the original one, then you will need to pay the additional money before collecting the new product(s) from the Party host.
