We use Royal Mail and courier service’s and can not be held responsible should your parcel not reach you through improper information being inputted at time of order. We only offer guaranteed delivery service on a Working Day (Monday to Friday) parcels despatched on Friday via this service will not be delivered until Monday. Should the parcel be returned to 4 Play due to Customer error there will be a £ 8.00 return charge & Re-Delivery charge for the goods ordered. Some delivery areas will require an additional carriage charge and may take up to 5 days delivery. Should you opt to pay for the guaranteed delivery or spend over £ 50 and receive the free guaranteed delivery, then note that most of the parcels are received next day, however in some instances delivery may take up to 2 days, depending on area.
Please Note Carriage will not be free of charge on certain post codes in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland, these areas may incur an extra shipping charge of up to £12.00. This will be shown on checkout once your postcode has been inputted.
Any damages or incorrect orders must be reported to 4Play within 2 days of receiving the parcel, should this not be the case then returns may not be accepted.
If you place your order with 4Play via the internet or telephone under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order upto 7 working days following the date of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in good condition with the dispatch note and in its original packaging, where possible.
4 Play Parties have a minimum of 6 people per party and no maximum. The host of the party shall receive 10% of the total sales on the night towards products sold by 4Play, Wee do not offer refunds on parties on Exchanges. The host is responsible for collecting the money from all the guests, our party rep will drop the products off 1 week after the party has taken place to drop off the products, the products must be paid for at this time. Should there be any exchanges the host must contact the party rep and the exchange products will be collected and Re-Delivered back to the hosts house. Please check out our returns policy for parties
